CONGRESS FEES

All fees will be charged in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments can be made by means of direct deposit into the conference account, or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Please choose the relevant option on the registration form. Credit card payments will be processed via PayFast. Once we have received form, we will arrange for a payment link to be sent from PayFast. This link will be valid for seven days. You will receive an invoice for your Congress fees.

The congress fees includes admittance to all sessions, all congress material, refreshments during the breaks, lunches as well as two functions.

The exhibition stand fee covers the costs for 2 representatives for the duration of the congress, space for a table top exhibition and entrance to the two functions. Additional trade representatives have to pay the additional registration fee. Due to Covid regulations followed by the hotel, limited space is available for the functions and at this stage the extra trade representatives will not be able to register for the functions.

Accompanying people are welcome to attend the functions with delegates at an additional charge per function on condition that the functions are booked and paid for in advance.  Bookings can be done on the registration form.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR REGISTRARS

Registrars can apply for financial support to (partially) cover their registration fees.  Please indicate on your registration form if you require partial funding. Registrars must apply for financial support by the Early Bird closing date of 31 July 2022 to be eligible for a subsidy. The subsidy may not cover the entire cost of registration but will cover a portion based on what is sponsored toward registrar registrations and based on how many registrars apply. All registrars applying for funding will receive an equal subsidy. 

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS FOR REGISTRATION FEES TO APRASSA BEFORE YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED ABOUT THE OUTCOME OF YOUR APPLICATION. The sponsorship for registrars’ registration fees will be paid directly to APRASSA and will be deducted from your invoice. You will need to make payment for the balance of your registration fees by 31 August 2022, failing upon which will result in you forfeiting the subsidised rate.
