SOCIAL PROGRAMME
All delegates are welcome to attend the social functions as indicated below. There will be no extra charge to attend the functions, but we would appreciate it if you could book the functions you will attend on the registration form.
Please note that the main course at the Gala dinner will be a meat dish. Provision will be made for delegates who have special dietary requirements, but no other menu choices will be available.
Accompanying people are welcome to attend the functions with delegates at an additional charge per function on condition that the functions are booked and paid for in advance. Bookings can be done on the registration form.
