The exhibition will take place in the Hubya room of the conference center where the following types of table top stands will be offered:

2 x 2 sq meters: R28 000

3 x 3 sq meters: R35 000

Tea, coffee and lunch will be served just outside the Hubya..

Please note that should you have large wall-type banners, a stand next to a wall should be chosen so that other stands are not obstructed. PLEASE NOTE THAT SPACE IS LIMITED, SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO LIMIT YOUR STAND TO THE FLOOR AREA YOU CHOSE.

Exhibition cost Include:

  • Your logo on the congress website with a link to your company’s website.
  • Acknowledgement in the congress programme book.
  • Floorspace for a table-top exhibition (tables supplied by the venue)
  • Registration for two company representatives to man the exhibition stand, including tea/coffee and lunches

Costs for additional staff

  • R1 200.00 for the three days at the conference including lunch and 2 x tea/coffee breaks
  • All Trade function prices: R650.00 for the casual evening and R750.00 for the Gala dinner (reduced prices for Trade staying at the Kruger Gate Hotel.

All staff should register on the REGISTRATION page.

The applications for exhibiting will be handled on a first come first serve basis and exhibition space will be allocated to those who pay upon receipt of invoice.  No stands will be held on a provisional basis.


Please submit a proposal by 30 June 2023 to present a pre-Congress workshop on the afternoon of 5 October 2023. We would like to make sure the workshop is advertised properly and that delegates travelling to the Kruger Gate Hotel plan to be there in time for the workshop(s).
